Celebrate with something different. Your group takes over the studio for a 75-minute Pilates apparatus class led by one of our instructors, with balloons in your colors. No experience needed.

Step away from the office and move together. Our private corporate sessions bring your team into the studio for an instructor-led Pilates class suited to every fitness level. Regular movement helps reduce stress, improve posture and sharpen focus, and doing it together builds connection that carries back to work.
