Virtual Pilates Mat Membership - First Month FREE!!

Our new virtual monthly mat subscription is $49 per month. With this membership you will have access to all of the videos in our current content library (over 100 currently growing each week) 1-2 new video’s will be added every week. 

You can also join us live online on Wednesday mornings 9:30am Intermediate Pilates Mat

All classes are recorded so you can either join these classes live from your home or do the recording at your leisure.

 
 

The Content Library has classes for the brand new beginner all the way up to the more advanced practitioner. All classes in the library are marked with a level and are 50 minutes in length unless otherwise marked in the title bar. See level descriptions below.

What you will find in our content library

Introductory – This is for the brand new participant. If you are new to Pilates, please watch these introductory educational videos prior to moving to the next level

Beginners – Once you feel you have a basic understanding of the Pilates vocabulary and body alignment principles, it’s time to move on to this level. These classes moves slow and steady and build upon these principles.

All Levels – Now that you’re feeling a little stronger and are more confident in knowing many of the basic Pilates movements it’s time to move to All Levels. All levels is similar to intermediate but moves at a slower pace and gives more modifications for exercises.

Intermediate – This class moves quickly and less modifications are given to keep the speed and flow of the class moving appropriately. You should be injury free or know your own necessary modifications to join this class

Gentle Stretch – This class is for those days or nights when your body is feeling more like it needs a stretch than a workout. These classes range in length from 30-40 minutes

Tutorials – Tutorial videos are where we have taken a common Pilates move and broken it down into a 7-10 minute tutorial that explains the do’s and don’ts of a particular movement

Props:

  • We recommend investing in a theraband and having some some balls and 1 or 2 pound hand weights for props. These are not required but can be useful.

  • Classes with props are labeled as such.

Terms of membership – This membership is charged monthly. You can cancel at any time. We require 7 days to cancel your membership by email only.
